Lauren Vitkus '09 made the women's lacrosse All-Ivy second team, while Noelle DiGioia '09 earned honorable mention... Softball captain Amy Baxter '08 made the All-Ivy first team; cocaptain Linnea Anderson '08 got honorable mention... The equestrian team finished fifth at the IHSA National Horse Show. Whitney Keefe '08, Stephanie Carmack '08, and Allegra Aron '11 earned ribbons, while Amanda Forte '02 won the national title in Alumnae Flat... Bianca Aboubakare '11 was the unanimous pick for Ivy League Rookie of the Year in women's tennis. She was also first-team All-Ivy and, with Marisa Schonfeld '11, part of the only doubles pair to earn a unanimous first-team selection... Saurabh Kohli '08 made the men's tennis All-Ivy second team in singles and the doubles first team with Basu Ratnam '09. Chris Lee '09 made the All-Ivy second team in singles; Sam Garland '09 and Noah Gardner '09 were picked in doubles... Larry Haertel '08 shot a course-record sixty-seven, one stroke under PGA Tour pro Hale Irwin, on the first day of the Ivy men's golf championship; he finished second overall, becoming the first Brown golfer to earn All-Ivy honors three times... Women's track and field finished third at the outdoor Ivy Heps, while the men finished sixth... Women's water polo finished fifth at the Eastern Championships after downing Bucknell, 9–8.
