After last year's 20 percent rise, Brown switched from paper to all-electronic applications this year. Here's a numbers sketch on where the aspiring Bears come from and how much financial help they'll need. Decisions will be announced online in late March. Those who are accepted face a 3.5 percent increase in fees over this year and can expect to pay $53,136 in yearly fees.
