Thanks for the informative piece on Dana Cowin ’82 (“First Lady of Food,” September/October). We subscribe to a number of publications, but Food & Wine is the only one that creates a stir in our household. My wife and I, both foodies, each rush to review arriving issues, so that one of us can claim recipe-preparation rights before the other. Kudos to Dana for bringing so much lively fun and tasty food to our home!
