» The first Brown team to start an Ivy League season with seven straight wins.

» A nine-game winning streak that was the longest in sixty-four years.

» A first-ever season sweep of Princeton.

» A first-ever win at Princeton, ending a fifty-two-road-game losing streak to one team and earning the Bears a write-up in February 24 edition of Sports Illustrated (“Dangerous Bears Are Climbing Ivy”).

» The first Brown team to win twelve Ivy League games and the first Ivy team other than Penn and Princeton to win a dozen conference games since Columbia did it in 1968.

» Seventeen overall wins, matching the school record for victories for the second straight year, and a school-record fifty-seven wins over the past four seasons.

» The first team in Ivy history other than Penn or Princeton to have three players named first-team All-Ivy (Earl Hunt ’03, Ala Nuualiitia ’03, and Jason Forte ’05).

» The first National Invitation Tournament appearance in school history, and just the third postseason appearance overall.
