Isabella Giancarlo ’14 launched Fluide, an all-gender makeup line, last January with business partner Laura Kraber. The company’s bold liquid lipsticks, nail polish, eye shadow, and glitter, made for  all gender identities and skin tones, were “created with the belief that makeup is a tool of transformation and a powerful means of self-actualization,” proclaims Fluide’s website. The “Ick-free Always” products don’t contain chemicals like parabens and phthalates, and are cruelty-free. Five percent of the company’s profits go to non-profits supporting the health and legal rights of the LGBTQ community. Prior to her role as Creative Director, Giancarlo was a brand strategist and designer.
