“Horse Trader of the Americas,” about Assistant Secretary of State Roberta Jacobson ’82, was a very interesting article, especially in that I’m from Panama and fully understand the issues covered in the story (March/April). When referring to the electricity market and interconnection between Panama and Colombia, Jacobson clearly identifies one of the problems, and is very diplomatic, as she must be, regarding other important issues involved. Great coincidence that she and I are both Brown alumni and that two of my brothers also attended Tufts, as she did.
