Where's the Beef?

The new Ratty sounds wonderful, and bravo to John O’Shea and the administration for all their culinary innovations (“Pass the Gnocchi, Please,” September/October). But how could you not mention the staple of the old Ratty, Italian Beef Noodle Casserole? Now that was haute cuisine.
